Job Description
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and project objectives.
- Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Develop effective campaigns for real estate projects to generate qualified leads and enquiries.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare regular digital marketing and campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with creative, sales, and project teams to develop marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor research, market research, and audience analysis.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing across platforms.
- Support SEO activities, website content, Google Business Profile, and online visibility.
- Identify new digital marketing trends, tools, and opportunities to improve campaign performance.
- Track leads and coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Good knowledge of content marketing and social media management.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with good understanding of digital content and audience behaviour.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and email marketing.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar content creation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and website management.
- Understanding of CRM and lead management systems.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and performance marketing.
