Job Description
- Prepare detailed quantity estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate quantity calculations.
- Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor bills.
- Assist in project costing, rate analysis, and budget preparation.
- Monitor material quantities, usage, and construction costs.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Track project expenses and identify variations between estimated and actual quantities.
- Assist in preparing work orders, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of quantity and billing reports.
- Support the project team in maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimation, billing, or construction.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes.
- Good knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ, costing, and billing.
- Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of estimation and billing software or relevant construction tools.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation.
- Good understanding of rate analysis and project cost control.
