Job Description
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Landmark Builders' projects.
- Generate and convert leads through effective follow-up and customer engagement.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Handle key customers and support the team in negotiations and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and target planning.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to booking and beyond.

- 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
